Our bone marrow capsules contain freeze-dried, finely ground beef bone with bone marrow from pasture-raised cattle from Estonia, plus organic liver. Six capsules correspond to a daily portion of 3,000 mg of organ powder, so one tub of 240 capsules lasts 40 days. Apart from bone, marrow, liver and the beef gelatine capsule shell, the product contains nothing.

Why freeze-dried?

Freeze-drying removes water from bone, marrow and liver at very low temperatures without heating them. Heat-sensitive components are largely preserved. What remains is a concentrated powder that is shelf-stable, neutral in taste and precisely dosed.
