Each daily serving provides 5.4 µg vitamin B12 (217% NRV), 200 mg magnesium (53% NRV), 0.41 mg copper (41% NRV) and 444 µg vitamin A (56% NRV). Magnesium and vitamin B12 contribute to normal psychological function and to normal functioning of the nervous system. Both also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The vitamin B12 comes mainly from the beef brain and the liver it contains. Beef brain: 6 capsules with your first full meal. Thyroid: 1 capsule after getting up and 1 capsule before going to bed, no more than 2 capsules a day. Deep sea minerals: 1 teaspoon (approx. 55 drops) in a glass of water, ideally in the evening.

The recommended intake on the individual products applies when they are taken on their own; in the bundle, this combination applies. At this amount, the beef brain lasts 40 days and the thyroid 120 days. Do not take the capsules on an empty stomach.
