Why spleen + liver?
Spleen is an organ rich in iron and minerals, traditionally valued for its high heme iron content. Beef liver complements it perfectly with vitamin A and copper. Together, both organs provide a broad spectrum of micronutrients that are often lacking in everyday life.
Heme iron: the more readily absorbable form of iron
Not all iron is the same. Plant-based foods provide non-heme iron, which the body absorbs relatively poorly. Meat and organ meats, on the other hand, contain heme iron. This is the form that is absorbed directly via specific receptors. Spleen is one of the densest natural sources of heme iron there is.
Iron and fatigue – the natural connection
Iron is the building block your body uses to transport oxygen through the blood. When sufficient iron is available, energy metabolism runs smoothly. That is why a scientifically recognized and authorized health claim exists: iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12, which is also contained in our capsules, works in the same direction. Anyone who wants to naturally supply their body with iron will find that spleen is one of the densest sources available.
Why iron does not work alone
Absorbing iron is one thing. Being able to utilize it is another. This is where the cofactors come in: vitamin A contributes to normal iron metabolism, while copper contributes to normal iron transport in the body. Both occur naturally in spleen and liver (unlike isolated iron supplements, which provide the mineral without its natural partners). That is the advantage of real organ meat: the nutrients come together in a combination, just as nature intended.
Quality and purity
The organs come from cattle raised on EU-certified organic pastures in Estonia, without prophylactic medication and fed on grass. After slaughter, the spleen and liver are gently freeze-dried, preserving heat-sensitive vitamins. Each batch contains only organ powder and capsule shells (no anti-caking or bulking agents).
Who are the capsules intended for?
For anyone who wants to consciously meet their iron needs through natural foods. For example, those following a low-meat diet or leading an active, athletic lifestyle in which iron requirements may be higher. The capsules are a practical supplement to a balanced diet, not a substitute for it.
